The Manse Bed and Breakfast is situated in the village of Grimoldby just 5 miles to the East of Louth on the B1200.  On reaching the village, head North on  Tinkle Street at the Traffic Lights. Go straight past the Post Office and Watts Garage and take the next right turn in to Middle Sykes Lane. The Manse is located 150 yards on the right.
